These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Gamma AI (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service can create draft presentation structures, text, and layouts from topics or documents. It also provides browser-based review and editing and PPTX export. Available features, supported formats, and usage limits are shown in the product or on the applicable pricing screen.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for any text, images, documents, or other material you submit to the Service.
Rights in your inputs and generated content remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the licenses of any AI models or media used. The Service operator may process this content as reasonably necessary to provide features, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, inappropriate language, or material that affects third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing numbers, names, quotations, sources, and rights before publishing or using generated content.
You may not:
Prices, credit use, and renewal terms for paid features are displayed at purchase. Payments may be processed by an external payment provider.
You may request a refund within seven days of your first purchase if none of the purchased credits have been used. Other refunds are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent the next renewal charge. Contact us below for refund or cancellation help.
The software, interface, design, logo, documentation, and other materials that make up the Service belong to the Service operator or their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, incident response, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will provide advance notice when reasonably possible, but may act immediately in an emergency.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, continuously available, or free of third-party claims.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably identify a material breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, a security risk, or harm to a third party.
We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable laws change. We will provide a clear notice through the Service when a change is material. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
